A New Broker-Dealer.  A Better DECU Investment & Retirement Services

DECU Investment & Retirement Services will change to LPL Financial as our broker-dealer on February 15, 2018.  We take seriously the trust and confidence you have placed in us over the years.  We remain committed to providing you with the high level of service you are accustomed to receiving from all of us at DECU Investment & Retirement Services and that will not change.

We have put together the following to help serve as guide throughout the conversion.  If you have a question, not listed, please let us know by emailing us at Investments@dccu.com or by calling us at (309) 743-1111.

Nothing right now. Your personal and account information may need to be updated after the conversion. If we need additional information from you at that time we will reach out via telephone to gather it. Otherwise, you can expect to receive either an email communication from us via DocuSign or a hard copy packet of documents via mail to sign off on the updates.

Can I still access my accounts online?

Q: Can I still access my accounts online?

Yes, using AccountView through LPL Financial. Please note that your online access through NetXInvestor will still work after conversion so that you retain access to your brokerage account statements and tax documents, however your account balances will show as zero after February 14th.

Can I use my same password and log in information?

If you currently log in to NetXInvestor to view your brokerage account(s) online, your username will remain the same. 

On February 22, 2018, you will receive an email prompting you to log in and update your password in AccountView.

If you currently log in to your directly held accounts through the vendors website (i.e. American Funds, Franklin Templeton, etc.) your log in information will remain unchanged.

You’ll enjoy free online account access to view your accounts at your convenience.  You may also receive monthly or quarterly statements in the mail.
