Stay Informed With Card Activity and Fraud Alerts:  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3

Stay informed and in control with real-time, automated Purchase Alerts.  Manage your alert preferences online, anywhere.  You decide which notification is right for you, such as exceeding a specific amount or a transaction made outside of the United States.  You can even choose to receive alerts via text messaging, email or both.  It's easy as 1, 2, 3.

Fraud Alerts help you to manage your account activity and quickly identify potentially fraudulent transactions. When you provide us with your mobile number, we will automatically sign you up to receive automated alerts to your mobile device using Text Messaging and/or Pre-Recorded Digital Voice Phone Calls.

Easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. Set up Fraud Alerts on your cards here Manage your account activity and get notified if fraud or unusual activity is detected.
  2. Set up Purchase and Activity Alerts on your cards here. Get Alerts via email or text for Signature based transactions using your debit card and credit transactions you select.
  3. Set up alerts in Online Banking here. Get notified on all share transactions, Debit Card PIN based transactions, balances, withdrawals and more.

If there’s a security alert anywhere, you’ll hear it here first.

If there’s ever an issue related to your account or a general security alert of interest, we let you know right away. If you want to be notified immediately when there is a suspicious transaction identified on your credit card account, you can register for free, real time fraud alerts here.  If there are security breaches or alerts of general interest, they will appear directly above the feature slider on our homepage.
