To enroll for Online Banking, click on the “First Time User” link in the Online Banking login box on the home page.  You will be asked to provide your account number, email address on file at the credit union and your last name for verification. A temporary password will then be emailed to you.  Once received, enter your temporary password.  Then follow the simple instructions and you will be on your way to banking online.

In the event that you are asked to answer your security questions and you do not remember your answers, you may re-enroll in Online Banking using the “forgot your password” link on the log on page.  By re-enrolling in Online Banking, your pending Online Banking bill payments or transfers will not be affected and you will not need to update any of your Online Banking preferences such as email address or statement preferences.

Yes. If you have already enrolled in eStatements, simply select the eStatement link within Online Banking under the “Account Information” tab to view your statement. Thirteen months of statements are available from the date of enrollment. Though eStatements are able to be viewed online, you may want to print and/or save your statements

On Tuesday 1/21/14, Online Banking was upgraded to a new platform.  Changing Online Banking platforms requires Intuit the parent company of Quicken and Mint.com to redevelop their download software thus creating an approximate two week window where you will be unable to download your data using the Quicken Web Connect integration.  During this time you will be able to login into Online Banking and download the transactions manually.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can track and manage your VISA credit card through MyCardInfo located in Online Banking. While logged into Online Banking, select the Account Information tab towards the top left of the page and click on the Credit Card Link. You may also select the gear wheel to the left of your credit card and click on Manage Card. Both of these options launch to My Card Info where you can make payments and view additional credit card information.

On Tuesday 1/21/14, Online Banking will be upgraded to a new platform.  The new platform password requirements have increased to protect for account.  Please read below for more information about the new requirements and update your password.  Your password must be between 8 and 20 alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9). Capital letters (A-Z) and only these special characters can be used !#$%&()+,/;?[\]^`{|}*'  Please note that you cannot use the following as a new password:  Your personal information, such as Social Security Number, mailing address, birth date Commonly used words, such as "password" Consecutive or repetitive passwords, such as "1234" "aaaa" We have also provided new Security Questions for you to provide us a second level of authentication.  When you access the new Online Banking for the first time, you will be required to provide us with updated question/answers.

Yes it is. Once in Online Banking, click on the “Transfers” tab in the menu on the top. In the “To:” section, select “Other Member”. You will need to know the members last name / account number / Share or Loan ID in order to make this transaction.
